I got to help cover the election as I interned with OpenFile Waterloo Region, a cool twist on local news that’s growing throughout Canada. There are OpenFile websites in a couple of cities now. Openfile WR is new to the city, so this kind of election coverage in the region was the first of it’s kind. Check it out!
